In 2012, the Bull Dog Alumni Association established an Alumni Hall of Fame to recognize Columbus High School/Columbus North High School graduates for their professional achievements and personal contributions to enhance the lives of others and society.  Graduates inducted demonstrate outstanding personal and professional qualities in their accomplishments.  Nominations may be made by alumni, parents, current students, Columbus North faculty, staff, school district administrators, or residents.  Each graduate’s nomination remains active for three years.  



Nomination Criteria

  • All who are graduates of Columbus High School/Columbus North High School for at least twenty years at the time of nomination.  Included are graduates in all walks of life: such as armed services, sports, business, education, fine arts, government, law, literature, media, medicine, performing arts, science etc., and as applicable:
  • Completed online form (see below) to demonstrate the following:
  1. Statement regarding how the nominee demonstrated the Bull Dog Way: Respect, Responsibility, Relationships and a generous spirit.
  2. Outstanding achievements in the nominee’s area of specialization.
  3. Honors, awards, or other recognition received on a local, regional, national and/or international level.
  4. Community service (if appropriate)
  5. Meritorious contributions to society in general or to a specific segment of society.
