As one of the premier early events in our celebration of the 150th anniversary of Columbus High School / Columbus North High School, your Bull Dog Alumni Association is proud to announce that we’re bringing The Four Freshmen to Columbus!

As many of you know, two of the original Four Freshmen, Don Barbour (’45) and Ross Barbour (’47), graduated from Columbus High School.  The group has been continuously performing around the globe since the late 40s.  They have been credited with influencing the sounds of musical group legends like The Lettermen, The Beach Boys, and Manhattan Transfer, among others.  Here are some great shots of The Four Freshmen in their early days: The Four Freshmen Early Days

This promises to be a great evening of entertainment, and all proceeds will help the Bull Dog Alumni Association pursue its mission to promote & support excellence at Columbus North High School for its students, faculty & alumni.

The performance is scheduled for Saturday evening, August 25th, at 7:30PM.
