Pamela Robillard Mackey

Graduate of University of Colorado with a Degree in Journalism as well as Juris Doctor from George Washington University Law School both with honors. Pamela is an attorney practicing primarily in the areas of criminal defense, civil and environmental litigation and governmental investigations. She was a teacher of trial advocacy skills to lawyers and law students around the country including Harvard Law School and American College of Trial Lawyers National Trial Competition. Pamela was President of the Colorado Women’s Bar Association from 1994-95 and recipient of the CWBA’s Mary Lathrop Award.

Pamela has been honored as a Fellow of the International Academy of Trial Lawyers, American College of Trail Lawyers, American Bar Association and Colorado Bar Association. She was also an appointed voting member of the Practitioners Advisory Group for the U.S. Sentencing Commission from 2012-2018 A chairperson of the American College of Trial Lawyers Task Force that published a nationally recognized white paper on best practices for Title IX investigations by universities and colleges in 2017.
