Bull Dog Alumni Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony is Friday, September 11th

Please join the Bull Dog Alumni Association in welcoming two new outstanding Bull Dogs into our Hall of Fame. The induction ceremony will be held in the Columbus North High Student Commons (Main Entrance #1) beginning at 5:00 PM on Friday, September 11^th. The reception will allow folks to mingle with the honorees and their families, classmates, and supporters and enjoy some refreshments (prepared by our CNHS Food Services staff).

The induction ceremony will begin at 5:45 PM with a welcome from our new principal, Dr. Dominick Stella. The CNHS 25^th Street Singers will then perform followed by a few words by our 2026 Outstanding Teacher of the Year, Kristi Conrad. Pete King, Board President, will then formally present each honoree for induction and give each new Hall of Famer an opportunity to make a brief acceptance speech.

Brenda Hunter Pitts had a distinguished career at Cummins in Global Human Resources and has been a role model and leader in the Columbus Community – serving many organizations dedicated to education, civil rights, historical preservation and community development. Larry Perkinson’s career was spent educating, coaching and protecting students as a teacher, coach, and school safety expert – bringing together students and their families with local service organization and law enforcement resources to improve their lives.

Please join us on September 11^th to hear the inspirational stories of these two Outstanding Bull Dogs. All are welcome. And stay for the Columbus North vs Roncalli football game at Max Andress Field beginning at 7:00 PM.
